There is a significant trait in successful people that I have recognized over the last few years, and even more so since our Zaza Agency launch.  It may seem like I am stating the obvious here, but confidence is key, homies!!

Having recently gained a key to some incredible new doors, I’ve observed some pretty stellar clients with some mega-business savvy.  Watching them in their individual successes, and, in so many other areas of life in addition to business (personal lives, family, friends, health, parenting, love, giving-back, etc. ) the one characteristic they ALWAYS share is self-confidence. Every. Single. Time. ZAZAAGENCY-branding-images-confidence-pr-marketing
When you have the courage to be exactly who you were designed to be, the courage to speak up for what you believe, to believe in your goals, ideas, dreams- so much so that you won’t accept anything less- you will thrive.

Let’s just simplify this.  Embrace every single inch of who you are and be just that.  No apologies.

Luckily, I have not spent much time in my life apologizing for myself, my choices, my dreams, my opinions, but like anyone else, I have been guilty.  I regret every single second that I wasn’t true to myself or true to what I felt I needed to do way deep down in my belly. You know that feeling… We all do.  Some of that is just growing.  Still, know that you are perfect just as you are. That your goals are attainable and don’t let anyone stand in your way, especially yourself.  The most insecure person in the room is obvious, look for the one bringing others down so they can feel better about themselves.  Be it business ideas, personal goals, or anything else positive, the Negative Nancy’s will always try to stop you.  Don’t you dare let them.  THIS IS YOUR LIFE.

Not to be a total cheeseball, but, believe you can and you will! We’ve all got this one life to live, make it on your own terms.  Be a badass. Be edgy. Be dedicated, emotional, sexy, nerdy, sassy!  Whatever floats your boat.  Bottom line is to be yourself AND enjoy yourself.  Laugh, play, love & live!

I have yet to meet a successful person who thought they were going to fail.

Love,
Erica
